CuddleBudz Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Cost

Great news! CuddleBudz is pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, worldwide. The cost of shipping has already been incorporated into our product pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

2. Our Two-Part Delivery Process

Since all our products are custom-made when you order them, our delivery time is split into two phases:

A. Fulfillment (Processing/Production Time)

This is the time it takes for our production partner (Printful) to custom-print, check the quality, and package your product.

Average Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days (This time may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons).

B. Shipping (Transit Time)

This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your door after it leaves the fulfillment center.

United States: 3–5 business days

Canada: 6–10 business days

International: 5–20 business days (depending on destination)

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow for the fulfillment time plus the shipping time.

Total Estimated Delivery (U.S. Example): 5–12 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out.

4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

CuddleBudz ships internationally. Please note that for international orders, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other country-specific charges may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office and are the customer's responsibility. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
